Privacy policy

What we collect

• Quote or message details: company, contact name, phone, email, target date and notes.
• Files you upload with a request: logo, artwork and name lists.
• Design details: garment, colour, placements, sizes and preview images.

What stays in your browser

The customiser keeps your design and logo in your browser (IndexedDB) so you can return to it. None of it reaches us until you send a quote request with your consent. You can clear it from your browser settings.

How we use data

Only to prepare your quote and contact you about it. Files are stored in a private area on the site server, never at public URLs, and are not sent to the partner or any third party automatically.

Partner handoff

When you press “Continue to partner” we record the click (design reference, product and time) without your details or files. The partner site has its own privacy policy.
